ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Tretorn Sweden AB will be completed when we email you to confirm that the goods have been dispatched.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the TOC.
Payment can be made with all standard debit cards and handled by Klarna. The payment will be debited and deducted from your account in connection with the order being sent by Tretorn Sweden AB. You confirm that the card used is your own, or that you have received special permission from the cardholder to use it. All cardholders undergo verification and verification by the issuer of the card. If he refuses to verify payment to Tretorn Sweden AB, we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery. We make every effort to make our website secure.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. It includes all your shipping and return details and a tracking number so you can track the progress of your order by UPS.
UPS carries out delivery to your home address. Normal delivery is within 3-6 working days. Freight 9 euro on all orders, including taxes and customs. All necessary information regarding returns is in the package.
We only deliver to mainland UK and the Isle of Man. We cannot deliver to the Channel Islands, the Scilly Islands, BFPO addresses or postal boxes, these orders will be cancelled and refunded.
Prices shown on the Site are in EUROS and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate unless you have selected an alternative country where VAT is not chargeable (Europe non-EU members like Norway and Switzerland). Product prices are set at the beginning of each season using existing currency exchange rates. These prices are subject to change if the applicable currency exchange rate changes before your order are accepted or the items are subject to markdowns at any time during the selling period. If you are a customer whose credit card is not denominated by our currencies, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to change or vary these Terms and Conditions at any time and any revision will supersede these Terms and Conditions. Any changes or variations to these Terms and Conditions made by Thevea will be posted here and will have immediate effect. Users of this website are therefore advised to review our Terms and Conditions regularly for changes.
