How do I make a return/exchange?

We apply a 30-day return policy from the day you receive the product.

The product must be in its original unused condition, with labels in place and/or unbroken packaging. Please note that if you bought rubber boots or shoes, the box is part of the product. In case of damaged cardboard, a fee of 20 euros will be added or the return will be cancelled.

When changing the product/size, you place a new order when you return. The refund will then be made to the payment method you chose when you placed your order.

Fill in the return form provided and send it in the parcel.

When returning, return shipping of 5 euros is added and you are responsible for any shipping costs

The return costs 5 euro. The fee will be deducted from your refund.

How to return an item:

1. Fill in the return form that came with your parcel.

2. Pack the item(-s) you wish to return.

3. Attach the return label received from us.

4. Call UPS to book a collection or return the parcel at your nearest UPS Access Point. Keep the tracking number.

If you can't find the return form you can e-mail contact our customer service.

As soon as we have received the return, we will send an e-mail confirmation via Klarna.

If you have chosen invoice as payment method, you can choose to pause the invoice when you are logged in to Klarna. You pause the invoice by going to it in Klarna and press 'Report return'. This means that the invoice does not have to be paid during the return process. Once the return has been registered, we will update the invoice with the new amount to be paid.

Please note that exchanges are not possible, you need to return the package to us and make a new order.

When will I be refunded?
After a return has been made, it can take up to 14 days for you to be refunded. Refunds are made to the payment method you chose when you placed your order.

Can I pause my invoice in case of a return?
You can pause your invoice by logging in to Klarna and clicking on report return.
We will update the invoice with the new amount.

Can I keep my discount when exchanging?
When you change your product/size, you place a new order once you have returned it. A refund will then be made to the payment method you chose when you placed your order. To keep any discount, please contact support.

Any changes or variation to these Terms and Conditions made by Tretorn will be posted here and will have immediate effect.
