Returns
You always have a 30-day return period from the day you receive your order.
A return costs £9, which will be deducted from your refund.
How to make a return:Visit the UPS portal to request a customs invoice and a return label.
Pack the item carefully
The product must be in its original condition with all tags attached.
Shoes and boots must be returned in their original shoebox, as it is part of the product.
Do not tape or damage the shoebox — a £20 fee will be charged if it is damaged.
Each return label is valid for one parcel. If you need to return multiple items in separate parcels, you must create a label for each parcel.
Prepare the parcel
Print the customs invoice and the return label you receive from us, and attach them to the package without damaging the shoebox or the product.
Send the parcel
Call UPS to schedule a pickup, or drop off the package at your nearest UPS Access Point.
Remember to include the customs invoice and always keep the parcel number (tracking number).
Once your return has been processed, we will refund the amount via the same payment method used for the purchase. The return fee of £9 will be deducted from your refund. Processing time is usually up to 14 days.
ExchangesUnfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please place a new order and return the previous one.
Klarna invoiceIf you paid via Klarna, you can pause your invoice by selecting “Report return” in the Klarna app.

When will I be refunded?
After a return has been made, it can take up to 14 days for you to be refunded. Refunds are made to the payment method you chose when you placed your order.
Can I pause my invoice in case of a return?
You can pause your invoice by logging in to Klarna and clicking on report return. We will update the invoice with the new amount.
Can I keep my discount when exchanging?
When you change your product/size, you place a new order once you have returned it. A refund will then be made to the payment method you chose when you placed your order. To keep any discount, please contact support.
We reserve the right to change or vary these Terms and Conditions at any time and any revision will supersede these Terms and Conditions. Any changes or variation to these Terms and Conditions made by Tretorn will be posted here and will have immediate effect. Users of this website are therefore advised to review our Terms and Conditions regularly for changes.
