How do I make a return or an exchange?

You always have a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order.

A return fee of £9 will be deducted from your refund.

Returns in The United kingdom are handled via UPS

Register your return

Once your return is registered, you will receive a confirmation email containing a return label. Please print the label and attach it to your parcel.

 

Pack the item carefully

The product must be in its original condition with all tags attached.

Shoes and boots must be returned in their original box, as it is considered part of the product. Please do not tape or damage the box—if it is damaged, a fee of £20 will be charged.

 

Drop off the package

Leave your return at your nearest service point for the selected carrier.

Always keep your receipt until your return has been processed and completed.

 

 

Refund

Once your return has been processed, we will issue a refund using the same payment method you used for the purchase. The return fee of £9 will be deducted. Processing time is usually up to 14 days.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please place a new order and return the original item.

Klarna invoice

If you paid with Klarna, you can pause your invoice by selecting “Report a return” in the Klarna app.

When will I receive my refund?

After a return has been made, it may take up to 14 days for you to receive your refund. The refund will be issued to the payment method you used when placing your order.

 

Can I pause my invoice if I make a return?

You can pause your invoice by logging into Klarna and selecting “Report a return.” We will update the invoice with the new amount.

 

Can I keep my discount when exchanging?

To exchange a product or size, place a new order after returning the original item. The refund will be issued to the payment method used at purchase. If you wish to keep your discount, please contact customer support.
