ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Tretorn Sweden AB will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the TOC.

PAYMENTS

We use Kustom Checkout to manage your purchase at our store. The Kustom Checkout is an independent checkout solution provided by Kustom AB through which payment methods and delivery options are available.

Kustom is not a bank and does not process payments directly, Kustom provides the interface and logic that displays the applicable payment methods.

When you use the checkout to complete your purchase, you will be offered different payment methods. These payment methods are processed by separate providers, depending on the payment method you select when you finalise your purchase. For the payment, you are redirected to a payment service provider, such as Klarna, Swish, MobilePay, Vipps, iDEAL | Wero and Billie, where the purchase is completed.

In order to make your shopping experience effortless, the Kustom Checkout includes automatic filling of your information if you saved your information or previously entered your information in the Kustom Checkout.

Kustom will not perform any credit check, instead that may be performed by the payment method you have selected to pay for your purchase.

By clicking “Pay Purchase” in the checkout, You agree to our terms, the Kustom’s terms of use, and acknowledge Kustom’s Privacy Notice.

DELIVERY

You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Including all your shipping and return details and a tracking number so you can track the progress of your order by UPS.UPS carries out the delivery to your home address. Normal delivery is within 3-6 business days. All necessary information regarding returns and exchanges is in the package.

If the package is delivered to a pickup point and is not collected in time, a fee of 15 € will be charged.

PRICING POLICY

Prices shown on the Site are in EUROS and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate unless you have selected an alternative country where VAT is not chargeable (Europe non-EU members like Norway and Switzerland).

Product prices are set at the beginning of each season using existing currency exchange rates. These prices are subject to change if the applicable currency exchange rate changes before your order are accepted or the items are subject to markdowns at any time during the selling period.

If you are a customer whose credit card is not denominated by our currencies, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction.

WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If we have sent an incorrect item, or if your product is delivered in bad condition, you can e-mail support@tretornsweden.com with a digital image of the damaged or incorrect item and the packaging. Enter the following in the message: your order number, shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return and if you want a replacement product or refund.

Send your request within 30 days of receipt. Your request will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive an email to notify your refund or refund being processed. If you choose a refund, you will get back the full cost of the item and shipping.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You have 30 days return right from the day that you receive the product.

We assume that the product is original, Ie unused and with all labels and/or packaging intact. Keep in mind that if you have bought rubber boots or sneakers, the shoe box is part of the product. Do not tap or write directly on the carton.

If we get back cartons that are destroyed then there will be a fee of 15 € or the return might not be valid.

CONSUMERS’ STATUTORY RIGHTS

Any statutory rights which you have, which cannot be excluded or limited, will not be affected by these terms of conditions..

In the event of any dispute which you may have in connection with the purchase of products from Tretorn Sweden AB, we will endeavour to resolve such dispute with you directly. However, if we are unable to resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you have the right to pursue Online Dispute Resolution (“ODR”) through the ODR Platform, accessible via the following url: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to change or vary these Terms and Conditions at any time and any revision will supersede these Terms and Conditions. Any changes or variations to these Terms and Conditions made by Tretorn will be posted here and will have immediate effect. Users of this website are therefore advised to review our Terms and Conditions regularly for changes.
